LX200 Cross Reference Star Catalogue (Gatter 1999)
================================================================================
Description:
This catalogue provides a list of all the stars contained within an
LX200 telescope database (firmware revision 3.34L) together with
(where appropriate) their corresponding SAO catalogue numbers, GCVS
catalogue numbers and GCVS alphabetic reference codes, and Alignment
Star numbers as designated by Meade Instruments Corporation. Other
common designations are also listed (Bayer letters, Flamsteed numbers
   and star names).

Note on Reference:
To facilitate certain types of reports this field takes the value of the
   first non-blank field found in:
       Bayer reference
       Flamsteed number
       GCVS reference

Note on Sort code:
Again this field is present to facilitate certain types of reports. The
sort order (all fields in ascending order):
       Constell
       Sort code
       Reference
       SAOno
       Starno
gives one ordering that is suitable for a variety of purposes including
   casual browsing.
